Does Harmony support organizations that primarily use macOS with little to no Windows devices?

Yes. Harmony integrates with macOS-centric management tools such as Kandji and Apple Business Manager (ABM), alongside identity and collaboration platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and HiBob. Organizations with few or no Windows devices can complete a full onboarding using these integrations.

The onboarding process typically takes around 30 minutes and is completed collaboratively with the Harmony team.

How do I roll out Harmony access to my users?

1. Create a Harmony-admins group in your identity provider.
2. Push the group to Harmony using the push group feature.
3. Enable SSO login for the application so users can access it automatically.

Can we create custom reports and dashboards independently?

Yes, you can build and customize dashboards without needing to involve the Harmony team. The platform includes a wide range of widgets to track the metrics most relevant to your team.

If you need a metric or widget type that isn't currently available, request it through your account team and it will be added to the platform.
