Siit

The Siit integration connects Harmony to your Siit IT Service Management platform, allowing Harmony to work alongside your existing Siit workflows to streamline IT support operations. Once connected, the integration appears automatically in the IT Service Management category of your integrations pane.

Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, make sure you have the following:

• A Siit account with sufficient permissions to generate API keys
• An active Harmony account with access to the integrations settings

Connecting Siit to Harmony

To set up the Siit integration, follow these steps:

1. In Harmony, navigate to Settings and open the Integrations pane.
2. Locate Siit under the IT Service Management category.
3. Click on the Siit integration tile to begin the setup.
4. Enter your Siit API key in the provided field. Harmony uses this key to authenticate with Siit securely via Bearer token.
5. Save your configuration.

Once saved, the integration is active and Harmony can begin working alongside your Siit workflows.

How Authentication Works

Harmony authenticates with Siit using a Bearer token derived from the API key you provide during setup. No additional credentials or configuration steps are required beyond supplying this key.

Managing the Integration

After the initial setup, you can return to the IT Service Management section of your integrations pane at any time to review or update your connection settings, including replacing the API key if needed.
